Nice food. Got the ropa vieja tacos, they come with a lot of meat and also enjoyed the fusion of flavors.

My staycation got rained out but it didn't stop me from having a bite and a drink at Beech. The wings were highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. We also ordered garlic butter fries. I admit that they were yummy. Unfortunately they deliver the food in to-go containers which makes fries soggy (even though we are sitting at a table by the bar). We rescued the fries immediately and they were still really good. Service was good. Friendly staff. Praying for a sunny day tomorrow.
Beech is a great place to eat and hang out poolside. I stayed here several days and ate here multiple times. Chuck is the best and most attentive bartender. He does the work of 2 employees behind the counter, and unfortunately, they left him by himself. There needs to be a bartender and someone to take orders during busy weekends such as spring break. I highly recommend the tuna tacos, guacamole and chips, and the key lime pie. The Ceasar salad, the mahi sandwhich, and all the drinks were good. I was NOT a fan of the lobster roll because it didn't have a lot of flavor. This was a very busy place all week.
Had a fabulous lunch poolside at this restaurant located at the Signia by Hilton hotel. The service was attentive and fast. The atmosphere was joyful as it is right next to the pool and the lazy river. The poolside cheeseburger was absolutely amazing and it was freshoff the grill. The Lobster roll was absolutely fabulous. The sauce that they put on it was wonderful and it is served in a fresh toasted and buttered bun. It was a delight and extremely full of lobster. They also have a full bar with frozen drinks as well as beers and cocktails. I would definitely come again.
